Deviation Actions
If you run a fantasy group, you are free to request an affiliation, but your group must have over 200 members and I have to be able to see that it's alive, not abandoned. I don't affiliate with manga/anime groups, MLP groups, Twilight and TV series related groups, porn groups. I affiliate with groups whose themes are similar to mine. I don't affiliate with messy groups. You have to put rules on front page to make me accept affiliations. Also, folders have to be well arranged and you have to be a competent admin. I support quality and own style.
Expired works
I am sorry for expired works. I am rather busy now and I can run this group smoothly. If someone wants to be a co-founder, write to me. This group grew too big to be run by one person.
Resubmit your expired works. I will try to accept them.

Typical submissions mistakes
Hi.
I have noticed that people make a few, typical mistakes when they submit works into my group. I will list them and explain how to fix them.
a) works aren't in Fantasy section on Deviantart. I mean section you choose from categories when you first submit your work to Deviantart. Even if you choose a proper folder in my group, I won't accept your work, if it's not in Fantasy. Instead, I report such works so admins relocate them. Sorry folks, I am anal about order on this site and I am trying my best to fix the mess. So, if your work gets declined, be sure about categories. Both on Deviantart and in my group. Other deviants' characters - new folder
Hi.
I noticed many of you submit pictures that contain characters who/that belong to other deviants. I just wanted to differentiate them from fanart (which is for movies, books, music, games) and created a separate folder for this kind of works. It's name is in the title of this journal.
Now submit all works with other deviants characters there. Also commissions. I will not move all commissions from fanart folder to the new one, but remember about proper categories.
